Left the hp_summersmut envelope with everyone's assignments
printed on them -- on the kitchen counter. In an envelope, yes, but STILL.
I'm not home. Dad is.

Either he's not going to look... or I"m going to have a VERY uncomfortable
conversation when I get home in 80 minutes. *WHIMPERS OMG*

FWIW, I once lost a printout of all the assignments and bunnies I was working on/thinking about. I worried myself sick over it for weeks, thinking I'd dropped it at work or in the street or somewhere. Finally I found it in amongst some papers in Greg's office--but oh my GOD I was just sick, certain that somewhere someone was horrified at me.

So, I mean, not entirely the same, but I feel your pain. Keep us updated.

That's... just as bad. And something else I've nearly done too a couple of times. I've taken to keeping a little moleskine notebook with me at ALL times for that very reason. And as I have about 6 of them floating around at any one time, I know I'm MOSTLY safe.

And yeah, I don't print that kind of stuff out anymore. Ever! I keep a notebook in which I write in a practically illegible shorthand but I'm still always paranoid that someone will decipher it. Oh well.
