As of 2:30 today, I am officially done with my undergraduate career. Have to survive 2 finals, a jury and finish the revisions of the thesis, but for all intents and purposes, I. Am. Done.

It's an amazing feeling. Mostly because I can't wait to get back into the land of the living again. This past week alone I had several papers, an orchestration project and a partridge in a pear tree to complete. Heading off to the final orchestra concert of the year (and trying to get OUT of being kidnapped by my parents tonight. We'll see how well THAT one works out), another concert tomorrow, then FREE.

No papers. No needing to stay up until all hours of the night studying.

*gasp* Starting this weekend, I'll actually be around.

If, in the past couple of weeks, I've missed anything major on my flist. Drop me a line. I have barely even been online to LOOK at anything, let alone post or read my flist. So speak up, no matter how big or small it is.

Hm... well, I'm hanging around here until Friday afternoon but then I'll be home for two weeks or so before returning to Houston... so, either way I'll get it eventually, but home is probably the better option (since I trust my parents a whole heck of a lot more than the people at the desk here who handle mail stuff).

i just friended you and i thought i would introduce myself. i've read some of your fanfic in the past and i LOVE it. i also signed up for summersmut which i think is an excellent idea by the way. anyhow just wanted to say hey. and such. this journal looked cool and i LOVE the end of the affair, so props for that.

and also congrats about being done! i am in the same boat. i just handed in my theses last week and now just have a few things left...its a bit terrifying really =)
