Story Time!

So -- I totally forgot to share this story from during the run of Stand By Your Man. The moral of the story is -- either I have no brains... or I have a set of balls I didn't know I had.

Upstairs in the girls' dressing room, we found an old copy of cosmo, prolly just a couple months old. And in it was this section of 'hot pics of men from around the country'. So, we went through the magazine and found a couple of really GOOD looking men. The cool thing, they were bachelors from each of the 50 states.

The one we loved the best, was from Akron, OH (slight geographical note -- Akron is a bit south of Cleveland -- in other words prolly 3-4 hours away from Erie. I don't remember, I haven't driven it in a while).

Funny thing -- he had his email address listed. So, the girls and I joked about inviting him to the show. Came back second weekend and we STILL joked about it. Until I said, fine -- I'll do it. So, pulled out my phone and emailed the guy and we all laughed about it.

Next day, he emailed me back, asking when the shows were. We all were floored. I emailed, told him when and he WOULD have come to our final show -- had he not had plans.

I'm still... shocked that I did this. I don't DO things like this.

But still -- it's an amusing story. ;)

And the one girl who hit on me ditched me when she discovered I liked girls. WTF?

I know at Bounce (the club I occasionally go to with friends in Cleveland) has some ALRIGHT boy-candy... but nothing like this.

And DUDE, wtf? Was she just out for a lark to SEE if she could hit on other girls and got scared when you responded? Sheeeesh.

I refuse to believe that those are actually his un-touched up eyes. They have been Seen To. Seriously, not even Elijah Wood has eyes like that, and he is completely unreal eye-wise.
