I'm also sorry that, this morning, one of my email accounts got hacked. Tell you what, when you wake up and the first thing you see is 'mail delivery notice' from a shittonne of spam emails? I'm torn between being really pissed off and about ready to cry. I've had 'thescarlewoman' gmail address since... about when gmail was rolled out. It feels like someone broke into my apartment and rearranged all the furniture.

So. I'm sorry you all got odd and random emails from me this morning. Fucking spammers.


ETA: I'm going to be cleaning up my flist a bit too. Mostly... journals that haven't updated in over a year. If you still read me and don't update your journal? Just let me know and I'll re-add you.

Same thing happened to me in England, got locked out of my yahoo email that I've had over 12 years. So, yeah, it sucks, but you can fix it, sweetness! I wandered over from neshel's LJ, where she told me it happened to you too. It happened to me as well last night, and I about had a heart attack. I was sitting at my computer minding my own business when suddenly my e-mail box was flooded. I immediately changed my password and that fixed the problem (thank heavens I'm on a Mac!) I hope it worked out for you as well!

Hey, don't worry about it. You have law school as an excuse for not replying. That's about as iron-clad as they get. Hardcore. Me, sitting at home, on disability, knitting all day? I wish I had excuses that good. Not that I want to go to law school, it's just that 'knitting' or 'playing Bejewelled' doesn't have the same legitimacy, when I leave my comments unanswered.
