So... right now... I'm seriously considering going to Azkatraz. I've always wanted to do a con and yes, Terminus would have made the most sense for me to go to, but at the same time... I couldn't have with new job. But yeah, seriously considering going.

and I may have convinced rose_whispers to come too

I'm planning on going. You should really come! I've done 3 cons so far - Lumos (Vegas), Prophecy (Toronto), and now Terminus and I'm at the point where I can't imagine NOT going. It's not even so much for the con itself, though the atmosphere does make a difference, but just getting together with all the people, hanging out, being silly, talking about things you wouldn't talk about at home (out loud) - like surprise buttsex. :-P And if you can swing it, definitely plan to come a day or two early!

I'd love to stay to go to comic con as well, but I doubt I'll be able to swing that.

Also, if you're okay with doing so, email me your RL address so I can send you something! :-P

I am seriously considering it! Although I don't know...am mostly concerned I wouldn't have anyone to room with/I will be socially awkward liek whoa and just end up hiding in my hotel room the whole time. D: Plus the whole part where I'm not really in fandom anymore...but I am leaning towards going, as of the moment. lkjshdgkjshd I suppose it will depend on my mood when registration opens (is it open yet? i am so behind on things :/)

I left Terminus thinking that it just wasn't worth the stress of trying to make it to all of the unofficial gatherings on top of the official stuff and was therefor going to just head to SanFran without a registration and, you know, maybe sleep a little and see some of the city. But it's looking like entirely too many of my close friends are getting involved with the planning in some fashion and now I just can't see myself not going. I was pretty meh on HPEF after Prophecy, but they seem to have taken what we said to heart and made some definite improvements.

So yeah, It's looking pretty certain at this point that I'll be there.
